RealFit X is one of our most popular classes. The goal of RealFit X is to allow you to experience higher intensity workouts with the RealFit twist. The session is made up of three, seven minute intense circuits that will build strength, conditioning, power, muscle, core strength and endurance like no other. If you love to train and to be challenged this session is right up your street.
With RealFit X we want to train hard and have fun doing it so each circuit is completely different to the last so you will never get bored and always have a challenge to complete. Though you can do these classes whatever your fitness levels we advise you have at least a few months of training experience behind you as we will use many implements like barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing machines, air bikes and prowlers.
Each coach is a qualified personal trainer and is carefully-selected to work with RealFit.
