Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, we have full changing and shower facilities available for your use. We also have; Toilets, Water stations and free parking.
What are your opening hours?
Our Opening Hours are:
- 6.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday
- 8.00am – 12:30pm Saturday
We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, but usually open on all other bank holidays.
When can I change membership?
Membership levels can be changed at any time and we work on a rolling monthly contract.
What age to I have to be to join?
You have to be 16+ to join sessions outside of Family Fitness (7-16 years) and Mum & Baby (up to 1 year). Learn more about our classes, here.
Are you an open gym?
We are not an open gym. We believe in training together in a group class or with Personal Trainers to stay motivated and keep training fresh!
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, however we work on a rolling monthly contract, with this option you can cancel your contract at any time by giving the centre no less than 2 weeks’ notice before your next payment becomes due.
