The RealFit sessions are our bread and butter to all other sessions we teach. We have members with all levels of abilities and encourage everyone to start their RealFit experience with these sessions. All our sessions are built on the same principles – Help people look, feel and perform at their best. We try to look at building the foundational movement patterns (Push, Pull, Hinge, and Squat) using kettlebells, dumbbells’ and bodyweight movements.
Your coach will lead you through the session giving constant guidance and encouragement to help you train with proper form as you work hard through the session. Each week our coaches also take turns writing the week’s sessions so it will keep training fresh yet we always look to help you progress your training to allow you to become fitter, stronger, and more confident and reach your goals.
