Boxing is a fantastic way to get fitter with a fun and fast paced workout that will not only help you increase your metabolism to torch bodyfat, but will also improve your co-ordination, power, speed and has a great cardio effect. We have created these boxing classes to include technique, pad work and fun circuits that will get you into great shape.
The sessions are always varied enough so you never get board but are frequent enough for you to learn new skills and build your confidence with both gloves and pads.
You are not expected to have any prior knowledge of boxing and we will help you build your technique over time to help you feel the powerful benefits boxing can have.
Each coach is a qualified personal trainer and is carefully-selected to work with RealFit.
