Strength is the fitness quality that builds on every other aspect of health and well-being. Being stronger helps with mobility, lean muscle, bone density, metabolic rate, fat loss and even balance and reflexes. Building a stronger, fitter body will benefit you in all stages of life, and at RealFit we want to ensure you are doing it correct, which is why we have Strength Club.
Focusing on four main compound lifts, we will look to guide, strengthen and break any limitations that you have to get you to your desired goal. We will target your squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. These lifts will be accompanied with accessory work to help strengthen and tone your whole body. You don’t need to be at a certain standard as we pride ourselves to make the environment social and encouraging for all abilities!
Each coach is a qualified personal trainer and is carefully-selected to work with RealFit.
